Commercial Superintendent
Minimum of 5 years commercial restaurant experience. Self performance required. Responsible for all field operations including supervising laborers, carpenters and overseeing subcontractors. Must have excellent communication skills and professional manner for communicating with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers. Maintain project construction schedule. Schedule necessary inspections. Estimate material and manpower requirements to complete tasks. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications and have computers skills including email and MS Project.
Commercial Project Manager
Minimum of 5 years commercial restaurant experience. Must have excellent communication skills and professional manner for communicating with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers. Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications and have excellent computers skills including MS Project.
Experienced Carpenter
5 years Retail Tenant Improvement and restaurant experience preferred for various interior finish projects. Skills must include great customer service, excellent team work and open communication. Ability to multi-task. An understanding of all aspects of commercial construction. Must have reliable transportation and basic tools
Laborer
This is a full time position with an opportunity to learn carpentry. Duties include, but are not limited to, keeping job site clean, light demolition, assist superintendent and some delivery work. Must be responsible, motivated and have a willingness to learn. Excellent driving record.
