All retail shells were finished with a new storefront system with glass / steel canopies over the sidewalk. The retail shells were left raw for the tenants.

Experience BlissThis was a 1,000 sf retail store in Bellevue Square. The challenge of this project was its schedule. There was a complete demo of an existing store to tenant turnover in six weeks. The final set of construction documents was not complete until week three of the six-week schedule. This store was open for the Thanksgiving 99 holiday shopping season.
North Bend Building RenoA two-story 5,000 sf building that has seen several remodels and additions over the years. It was completely gutted and taken back to its original shell. A structural upgrade was needed to bring the building up to code. This consisted of two seismic concrete walls the height of the building. To insure historical integrity we replaced all windows with wood frames, which gave an authentic look. We readied the building for a future tenant by installing complete electrical and HVAC up-grades.
Hillsdale Sash & DoorThis project was phase two of the original 10,000 sf pole building that we performed structural upgrades, poured the concrete slab and forklift ramps as well as installed new overhead doors. Our scope in phase two consisted of the project management of owner subcontractors, scheduling and facilitating with the governing agencies for necessary permitting and inspections. We also performed some light-wood framing for new offices and utility rooms, insulation, GWB, timely frames w/ hollow metal doors and mortise hardware.
