Duren & Associates LLC is a mid-sized, high quality construction firm. We construct multi million dollar projects yearly throughout the Puget Sound area and employ project managers with an administrative staff to support those efforts.
Our key growth within the company has come from the field staff. We rely on our core group of superintendents to assist in field management. These individuals are responsible for all aspects of field management from: management of our shop facilities to carpenter education and mentoring.
We see ourselves as an organization that keeps up with technology and utilizes the tools available to us to assist in our growth. We encourage personal growth and goal setting.
